I do. I love to grill.
I am not a grill Master by any stretch of the imagination though. I have no fancy setup, no outdoor kitchen, no high-end grill, no fancy tools. Just a cheap, propane barbeque grill.
I grill steak, chicken and fish.
I love just standing out in the yard being drenched in smoke.
A lot of people frown at propane, and I do a bit too, so my next grill will probably be charcoal. And maybe a smoker too.
But man I love grilled food, so yummy.
What made me think of grilling?

I enjoy grilling, but don't do it as much as I would like. Nice trade cards. Enjoy the hobby and grilled food all!
ReplyDeleteI'll grill a few times a year... mostly in the summer... on my super cheap Weber portable charcoal grill. In regards to BBQ... brisket is easily my favorite. Never attempted to cook it myself though.
ReplyDeleteI have a gas grill (which will do charcoal too and have many times) as well as a smaller charcoal only grill (will be actually using that one tonight for the first time to grill some steaks)!

ReplyDeleteI enjoy smoking and grilling but because of this Texas heat I actually do more of it in the fall through spring. I need to get a new smoker...mine's about a decade old now. I know what I want to get, just gotta come up with the funds!
